I’m just not feeling #Mamavation anymore.  At first I was all excited about it, but now, not so much.  I feel like if I have a week where I don’t work out at all and eat like a fatass then I shouldn’t even bother posting.  I know that defeats the purpose, because they will give support.  But I feel like I don’t fit in.  These ladies are losing 3+ pounds a week…and that just isn’t happening for me.

Weight:  203…that’s down .6 I think from last week.

I got on the treadmill 3 times last week.  Jogging and then speeding it up to running until I almost roll off the back of the treadmill!  I started the first day at 1/2 mile.  I’ve tried to do a little more each time since then.  Yesterday, which technically isn’t  last week…I got up to .66 mile.  Still trying to do a little at a time so I don’t burn myself out.

In other news:

I had a job interview today.  They had 1 other interview to do today and hopefully I hear good news tomorrow.  It will be full time starting out and may go part time after about a month.  But, right now I can’t be picky.  Our finances are leveling out since moving in with my parents, and technically we could make it without me having a job…but that’s not helping us put money into savings and moving towards our goal of buying a house. 

Living with my parents is going great.  It does get boring with just me and Lexi here by ourselves until around 6:00 every night.  But, I’m making the best of it.  I’m trying to cook, clean, do dishes, laundry, etc…to help pay for the fact that we’re staying here.  It is nice that there is pretty much always someone there to help out with Lexi.  But, at the same time I’m trying not to abuse the fact that there’s always someone there!

Weight: 203.6  That officially puts me down 6.4 pounds!

After moving and all the craziness that came along with that, I finally got back on the treadmill yesterday.  Surprisingly I was able to jog half a mile in about 8 minutes!  I’m dealing with some major anxiety issues tonight so I wasn’t able to get back on.  But I WILL get on tomorrow!  I promise!

Well, I ate horrible this week!  I’m having a hard time with peer pressure at work.  When everyone wants to go eat something unhealthy I go along with them so I don’t have to sit at my desk and eat by myself. 

I have still been drinking a ton of water though.

Treadmill is still outside, but it was cool enough in the evening this week that I worked out 2 nights.

Don’t know what’s wrong with me.  I know I’m fat, unhealthy, and unattractive.  But, I still don’t have the motivation or determination to change?  Why?  It’s stupid!

I think that’s down a pound or two.

Not much to say.

I can’t get motivated to do anything.  Treadmill is still outside, even though I promised myself I would move it in and USE IT this week. 

Week 3 without buying pop though.  I’ve had an occassional soda here and there, but nothing like it used to be.

Still trying to make healthier decisions with meals and snacks.

Depression has been creeping back up so I’m feeling like doo.

I’ve been seeing a lot of tweets lately with the hashtag #mamavation.  I wanted to know what this was all about, so I headed over to their website www.mamavation.com.

Their tagline is “Bookieboo moms making lasting changes.”  www.bookieboo.com is a fitness hangout for moms.  Basically a place where moms can go to talk about their weightloss journey, and get support and friendship from women just like them!

I don’t know if they will read this before issuing an invitation but I’m going to go over some of my goals.

  • drink more water.  Right now I drink a ton of Coke Zero.  Not as bad as regular coke, but I drink way to much.
  • jog/walk daily.  Since I did that 5k I have done a lot better.  I’m still lazy though.  My time to work out is after Lexi goes to bed at night, and it’s so easy to put her to bed and fall in bed myself.  So my initial goal is going to be to jog/walk a mile every day.
  • Choose better foods.  Especially with snacks, I have no discipline.  I try to cook semi-healthy meals, and have portion control.  But, when it comes to snacking, nothing is off limits for me.
  • More veggies/fruits  This goes with the choosing better foods.  But, I think it needs to be a seperate goal.

So, there it is.  The things that I want motivation and support to help me accomplish!
